Indexa lists public business information from business websites and directories, alongside listings submitted by businesses. Imported listings are marked unclaimed. Inclusion does not imply a client relationship or verified ownership.

Sources represented in the directory

About the information

Each imported listing links to its source. Only business facts are included: name, category, location, and contact details where available. Missing contact details are left blank. Reviews, ratings, photographs and promotional descriptions are not imported.

Directory-source dates indicate when the listing was consulted. Open-data dates indicate the date of the provider’s records. It is not a verification of current operation, ownership, licensing or service quality. Confirm details directly with the business.

Statistics Canada

Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada. Source: Statistics Canada, Open Database of Businesses, version 1.0, released November 28, 2023. Original data was collected from May to December 2022. Original providers and the 2022 source date appear on each listing.

Indexa selected and categorized records from this dataset. Records explicitly marked pending or inactive, obvious address placeholders, and duplicate business locations were excluded. The source does not supply phone numbers or websites for these imported records. Blank contact details have not been guessed. Current operation, ownership, licensing and contact details have not been independently reconfirmed.

Nova Scotia funeral establishments

Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Nova Scotia. Source: Government of Nova Scotia, licensed funeral homes, crematoriums and cemeteries. The source describes licences as of August 12, 2026. Indexa includes funeral homes and combined funeral home/crematorium establishments; standalone cemeteries and crematoriums are excluded.

Manitoba funeral homes

Contains information from the Government of Manitoba, licensed under the OpenMB Information and Data Use License (Manitoba.ca/OpenMB). Source: Funeral Board of Manitoba, licensed funeral homes for 2026, dated January 7, 2026. Phone numbers are included where provided in that official source.

Open a business listing and choose “Claim or correct this listing” to request a correction, claim or removal. Requests are reviewed before changes are published. Source publishers do not endorse Indexa.
