Before you start.

What do I need for a scan?+

Enter a website address, or search by business name with a city and state/province. A name search also looks for the business’s website. Website-only scans do not require a location. No signup is required. Indexa serves U.S. businesses and Canadian businesses, including Quebec.

Are the scan results live?+

Yes. A scan attempts to read your public website and checks actual page essentials, crawler instructions and a sitemap. It also reviews Indexa and available listing evidence. If a page cannot be read or a listing cannot be verified, the report says so. The sample report is a clearly marked example.

Does “couldn’t confirm” mean my business is missing?+

No. It means there is not enough reliable evidence to confirm the listing. Some directories restrict automated checks. Directory discovery uses a connected search service. Unknown results are never counted as missing.

What does managed listing support include?+

Indexa Presence adds managed setup, description polish, a monthly details review and one requested profile update per month. It covers Indexa only.

How does annual pricing work?+

Pay upfront for 12 months and save the cost of two monthly payments—16.7% compared with monthly billing. Each plan keeps its monthly service allowances. The package form saves your request; online payments are not connected yet.

Can you fix my website and other listings?+

Local Growth and Visibility Pro include a defined allowance for listing work and website changes. Access and scope are confirmed first. Owners may need to verify listings, and publishers control approval and duplicate removal. Search rankings are not guaranteed.
